The program targets dedicated age-group athletes striving to finish middle-distance triathlon race. In the peak weeks, the training volume reaches approximately 11 hours. The program lasts 16 weeks and is divided into 4-week blocks progressively building volume and intensity.

Before starting the program athlete should have some basic level of fitness and should be able to swim 1500m without stopping, cycle for 1:30h, and run for 1h.
