The program targets dedicated age-group athletes striving to beat their personal best over middle-distance triathlon race. In the peak weeks, the training volume reaches approximately 18 hours. The program lasts 16 weeks and is divided into 4-week blocks progressively building volume and intensity.

Before starting the program athletes should have a very good fitness level, at least 2 years of triathlon training, and should be injury-free.
