Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or new to the sport, this camp is designed to help you reach your full potential. You’ll have the opportunity to train with like-minded individuals and gain valuable tips and insights from coach Andrej. The camp will take place in a beautiful village Podgora, providing the perfect setting for your training and recovery. The camp schedule will be tailored to meet the needs of all participants, whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon or aiming to qualify for the world championship.   

Camp schedule

Monday

  • Check in to the hotel
  • Two-hour bike ride followed by coffee and cake

Tuesday

  • Run 
  • Pool swim

Wednesday

  • Semi long ride with tempo efforts (group A around 3h, group B around 2h)
  • Short open-water swim in front of the hotel

Thursday

  • Run 
  • Pool swim
  • Triathlon workshop where you can ask anything you want to know

Friday

  • Strength intervals on the bike
  • Pool swim
ironman training plan

Saturday

  • Long bike ride (there will be at least 2 groups to choose from based on your capabilities)
  • Brick run
  • Olive oil factory gastro tour

Sunday

  • Long run
  • Check out

Where?

Medora Auri is a part of the largest hotel complex in Podgora from whose centre is only 300 meters away. Opened in July 2016, after complete renovation and reconstruction, thanks to the top-quality accommodation and ideal location right next to the beach, today hotel is the starting point for numerous activities.

FAQ

What equipment should I bring?

You should aim to be self-sufficient while riding. Guide will be accompanying you on every ride, but you should still have spare tubes, levers, pump and a multitool. Also you should take sufficient nutrition and hydration with you. 

Bring your pull buoy, paddles and wetsuit.

What will the weather be like?

The average temperature in April is 18C and the average sea temperature is 15C.  However, you never know with the weather so check the forecast before your departure and bring some warmer clothes if necessary.
