Running coaching

Road, trail and ultra

From your first 10 km to 100 miles. I race ultra trails myself: four races over 100 km in 2026 alone, including Lavaredo and UTMB. Whatever I put in your plan, I've tried on myself first.

How I coach

A plan for you, not a generic programme

Off-the-shelf programmes assume everyone has the same time, the same history and the same goal. I build your plan around your week, the terrain you train on and the race you're targeting, and I adjust it based on what you actually do.

Your week, your race

Sessions are scheduled on the days you really have time. For ultras we also build a fuelling plan and train your gut, so you don't lose the race at an aid station.

Follow-up and communication

I review every completed session and your comments, so the plan changes in time, not after an injury. When something doesn't go to plan, you let me know and we agree on the next step.

Feel before numbers

Heart rate and pace are a check, but a big part of your training is done by feel. That way you can judge your effort on race day, even when your watch or the terrain says otherwise.
